Syheem Farrar, founder of Beastfit Fitness, turned a passion for training into a purpose-driven brand built on discipline, motivation, and results. Growing up in Paterson, Syheem was introduced to fitness through sports, quickly realizing that working out gave him both a physical and mental edge.
As he developed his own routine and commitment, others began to take notice—asking for guidance, support, and help improving their own fitness. What started as helping friends and peers evolved into something bigger. With a natural ability to motivate, encourage, and push others to be their best, Syheem built Beastfit Fitness as a reflection of that energy.
Today, Beastfit stands for more than just workouts—it represents a mindset of consistency, strength, and showing up every day ready to improve.
